Kid's Summer Art Camps
Daily Monday-Thursday 9:30-11:30am or 1:30-3:30pm | Instructor: Betsy & David | Location: Rancho Peñasquitos
Get ready for an artistic summer adventure! Each thematic camp offers hands-on mixed-media art exploration in a beautiful outdoor garden studio. Artists will discover new techniques and create amazing projects in small, supportive groups.
All camps are taught by credentialed teachers Betsy & David Goff. On Thursday of each weekly session, families are invited to attend a mini art show at pick-up to experience their child’s pride as they explain the steps in creating their masterpieces.
If a camp is full please add your child to the waitlist. If we have enough interest we may open an afternoon section.
K-Pop Demon Hunters
Channel your inner idol in this exciting, colorful tribute to animated demon-hunting heroes! Artists will paint "Derpy the Cat," design bold graffiti logos, and create their own movie posters featuring a legendary hunter. The Sweet Shoppe
Indulge your creativity in the tastiest art camp ever! Young designers will build 3D clay donuts for their own designer boxes and paint whimsical, animal-filled ice cream trucks. It’s a sugary explosion of color as we make hand-painted paper into towering multi-scoop cones and delightful dessert art. Wickedly Wonderful Witches & Wizards
Choose your magical adventure: the glittering Emerald City or the legendary Hogwarts castle! Using custom hand-painted papers, artists will collage these iconic structures before crafting their own authentic magical wands. Want to create something amazing and start a global art collection?
Join the Teen Traders Studio, an introduction to Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) and the“Post Art Movement”, taught by Gaby Waldorf. This is your opportunity to experiment with a variety of mediums—including markers, colored pencils, and collage—all on a small, trading card sized, collectible scale. Every session features a new "seed" project, with dedicated time for trading cards with your fellow artists at the end of class!
Our Goals:
Build Your Collection: Create and trade unique, miniature masterpieces to build your own personal art archive.
Global Connection: Learn how to connect with artists on a global scale through domestic and international trade opportunities.
Community Leadership: Meet new friends and help grow the local community trading movement.

Searching for a space to express your creativity, relax, and connect? Our Colorful Connections Art Classes are designed for you to explore creating without the pressure of being "perfect." Betsy will guide you through making beautiful designs in a warm and supportive environment. No prior skill is needed—just a willingness to boldly step out and try something new.
Take a Creative Risk: Rediscover the joy of creative play where there are no "mistakes," only new discoveries. Build your confidence by experimenting with new techniques and finding your unique artistic voice.

Studio Space: We meet in a home in Rancho Peñasquitos. On warm days we draw in a shaded garden patio, while on cooler days we meet inside.

Join us for Handmade Hellos, a creative workshop where we slow down, get creative, and reclaim the glory of a handwritten note. We’re moving past the drugstore aisle and into the world of "Limited Edition" stationery—creating handcrafted, boutique-style greeting cards that are sure to bring a smile to anyone’s face. Our instructor, Gaby Waldorf, ran her own stationery company for over 4 years with Blue Gazillion Designs. She is passionate about functional art with a personal touch and can't wait to teach you to design your own stationery so you never have to purchase a generic greeting card again!
